What is processed, and why
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address and message content, processed solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Technical records: your IP address is kept briefly in a rate-limiting record to prevent abuse (bulk unsolicited submissions).
No data beyond the above is collected through the form; the site has no accounts or profiles.
Legal basis
Contact form data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2(f) — the controller’s legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. Analytics cookies run only with your explicit consent (see Privacy & Cookies).
Transfers
- Form submissions are delivered to the firm’s e-mail address via the e-mail delivery provider Resend.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.
These providers’ servers may be located abroad; transfers are limited to the minimum data required to deliver your enquiry.
Retention
Form submissions are not stored on the site; they are delivered as e-mail and follow the firm’s e-mail retention practice. Rate-limiting records expire automatically within minutes.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Requests can be sent to hello@aydinsenturk.com (draft address; to be confirmed on firm approval).
